The qualifications for suffrage are as follows: ( Residence in state for two years. In the county one year, in the polling a precinct in which th?* elector oilers to vote, four months, and the payment six months before any election of any poll tax then due and payaable. Provided, That ministers in charge of an organized church and S teachers of publie schools shall he entitled to vote after six months' residence in the state, otherwise quali R fled. t Registration?Payment of all tax- h es, including poll tax, assessed and b collectable during the previous year.
