Wilson's train reached here about 10
o'clock tonight, one hour and a half

crowd was awaiting his arrival at the
railroad station and the president

presented Mrs. Wilson with a

fairness, will maintain unsparingly

"We shall not tolerate the use of

shall not permit threats from any
quarter or any foreign influence to
swerve us from our action. I believe
that the great mass of American
people are sincerely patriotic.

common pleas entered upon the
second week yesterday, and only one
case will be tried this week, this
being the suit of W. H. Ttrlggs
against the Georgia-Carolina Powei

discharged.
Mr. Ilriggs alleges that his farm ot
140 acres has been damaged in the
sum of $3,206 by the impounded
water resulting from the dam constructed
across the Savannah river
by the defendant company. While
the Impounded water does not touch
his property, he alleges that sanitary
conditions have been so changen
as to produce sickness, causing suffering
among his family and driving
tenants from his farm. Tie alleges
also that the value of his land has
been seriously affected by the conditions
resulting from the lm .

have caused an epidemic of malaria.

All of the testimony was completed
this afternoon and the jurors
will be carried in automobiles by the
sheriff tomorrow morning to inspect
the property alleged to have been
