Lancaster is a good shopping place, reasonable and accessible to the people of Lancaster county. The Midway achnol is offering instruction to the people of one community and ve heartily commend the spirit of teachers and pupils, who are making the school of so great service. Is Midway to be the only section to awaken to the need of night schools? A good New Year resolution for every earnest man and woman would be, "I will help all people, youn,? and uld, to obtain an educatioa." * There are now 2,475 names on our subscription list, 800 new subscribers having been enrolled during the closing weeks of 1915. No better advertising medium is to be found in any county in the state than that afforded by The Lancaster News. Those business houses that have been advertising with us, have been convinced of the wisdom of so doing. This paper goes twice every week into the majority of homes in Lancaster county, reaching those whose patronage the merchants wish to solicit. Karh change that has come is a step in the onward march of progress, by which we are soon to enter upon our larger life. Likewise the whole county is enjoying greater prosperity.
