will open a blacksmith shop at the

Mr. W. J. Vaughn went to Primus
Sunday to see his aunt, Mrs. Laura

move. The health Is very' good oxcept
some colds. Christmas passed
off so quietly that every day seemed
like Sunday.
There have been a lot of changes
made. Mr. J. B. Harper has purchased
the parsonage and moved
his family in last week.
We have one store at Elgin doing
a thriving business. We have a thriving
school taught by Miss Athaleen
King and Miss Margaret Harrison,
who are well thought of by the
