dentistry in the state of South < arolina
for a fee or reward shall he liable to indictment,
and all conviction-, shall he
fined not less than fifty nor more than
three hundred dollars; provided, That
nothing in this act shall he so construed
as to prevent all persons from extracting
teeth.
