age and provided with necessary
tools and he shall he required to do
full and satisfactory work.
Any person refusing to pay commutation
lax, perforin said work,or furnish
the required substitute witli necessary

days nor more than thirty days, in
the discretion of the Mayor.
Sec. 9. All ordinances or part of
ordinances inconsistent herewith
