His brother, Mr. T. M. Fitzpatrick, and Mr. I. T. lrvin, Jr., are named as executors. They are not required to give bond or make re turns to any court. Hammond, one of the leading and successful merchants of Ileath Springs, has been chosen general manager ot the People's Supply company's stores of Lancaster. Ho is expected to move here, with his family, early in Janurary and enter upon his new work about the middle of the month. ?Mr. Cecil II. Young, eon ol Dr. R. C. Young, formerly ol Lancaster but now living in An niston, Ala., will be married on the 31st instant to Miss Louise M. Crawford, daughter of Mrs. Fannie E. Crawford, of Tuska loosa, Alabama. The ceremony will be performed in the First Presbyterian church of Tusk a loosa. ?Sheriff Hunter says that he has received audi her anonymous letter telling him that whiskey is sold North and West, East and South in Lancaster county. The Shoriff says it the author of this letter has any proof against any person or persons who have been selling whiskey and will go he fore a magistrate and swear out a warrant, and have it placed in his hands, that he will serve it without delay. Otherwise he will not pay any attention to this letter, nor any other anonymous letter. ?Deputy Sheriff Evans, of Chesterfield County, arrived in the city yesterday morning, and in the afternoon he took back with him a white man named J.
