Mr. Sompayrack, of the firm ol Wil-on, Sompayrack & Echerhart, architects,of Columbia, was here last Satutdiy and had an informal meeting with Counci! in the atfcernoon to dilcuss water works, sewerage and electric lights. He gave the coun ci 1 some idea as to the approximate cost of the establishment of these systems in Lancaster, based in part on bids submitted | by contractors at other points.
