where undisturbed solemnity and
dignity were attended by fitting
beauty and grace, was performed

Boldridge of Lancaster in his
sacred and impressive way.
The front parlor used as the
ceremony room, was exquisite in

Plans are on toot every where
to drop those teachers from the
profession who do not attend the
Summer schools. It is unfair for
the a'ate to appropriate money 1
for the schools and the teache s
take no interest in them.
All the colored trustees are requested
to be present, as many 1
as can, to report the condition of '
the schools in the several locali- ,
ties, and get new plans how to }
run their schools longer.
