The inter-State executive committee
of the (Southern Cotton
Association began its regular
fall session here to-day and has
spent th" greater part of its time
in executive session in an effort
to fix a minimum juice at which
cotton should lie sold, but. thus
far 110 decision has been reached.
More than one thousand return
postals in answer to inquiries as
to the condition of the crop were
submitted to the committee, and
representatives of the various
sections gave testimony which
will he used as a basis in arriving
at, the minimum jirice The
