port on Sunday schools and Epworth
leagues was rendered by

conference on the subject.
Mr. J. It. Curlee made the report
on finance and addressed
the body. This report incorpor
ates a resolution adopted by the
laymen of tho district, calling
attention to ho increased cost
liviup: and asking the boards of
stewards ol the difl'erent charges,
so far as possible, to increase
the assessment for the support
ot pastors.

the conference in reference to his
