Mrs. Mary Caskey, wife ol ,
Mr. John 1) Caskey, Jr., of the
Douglass section, died last
Tuesday night. She had been
sick for some time. Her maiden
name was Harrison and was
a native of York county. She o
was 48 years of age and leaves, \
beside her husband, nine chil
dren. v
Mrs. Caskey was a consistent ^
member of the New Hope Baptist
church and was held in high
esteem by all who knew her.
The remains were buried at S
Douglass Wednesday, I)r. Bold (
ridge, of Lancaster, conducting
the funeral services. t
