Be it ordained by the Mayor and Aldermen of the Town of Lancaster, S. 0., in Council assembled, and by the authority of the same, to provide for supplies nud necessary expenses of the town: Section 1. 1 hut the following tuxes be and are hereby levied lor the tiscul year lit. t?. that is to say: 1st.
