Exercise Import!
There's more to exercise than the obviou
benefits of strong body and smooth thighs
That something more is one of the reason
the move to exercise continues to gaii
momentum.
It makes you feel good. Not "just" health;
and stronger, but actually good. If you'n
down, it picks you up. If you're already up, i
makes your spirits rise even higher. What':

The brain sends its message in the form o
electric current. The current goes througt
the nerves and on to the muscles. BUT, nex
to each nerve there is a gap that can only b*
crossed by a neurotransmitter. Adrenalin*
(or epinephrine) is the most familiar
although there are others, including the en

That's what happens when the system i?

there's something of a short circuit. The ga(

There is no such thing as total security, o

the following. They feel that if you will, the
chances of you or your home being a victinr
of a crime will be greatly reduced.
At Home
(1) Always keep doors locked at all times
In the summer all screen doors and windov
screens should always be locked. Even if yoi
are working in your yard, your doors shoulc
be locked.

^ Consider the following before you leave:
(1) Close and lock all doors, including
porch, basement, and garage. Make sure all
locks work properly. The best locks are single
or double cylinder deadbolt locks with a
one inch throw and the hinges have two inch

Workplace
Health and safety has been, and continues
to be, a primary concern for our organization.
Today, the federal government is
not as actively involved as it once was. But
with us it is as important as ever.
Our company's efforts to maintain a safe
workplace are real and necessary. But our
own dedication will not be the most important
factor in the continuing program. To
improve our record, we need a dedication to
safety and health by individuals. While we
work to provide the environment, those who
function within it must devote themselves to
safety as well.
Factors such as facilities, equipment and

friend pick up your deliveries, or have them

normal times if you are away for a lengthy
time.
(7) Store valuables in a safe deposit vault,
especially guns, cash, jewelry and silver.
This is what is being stolen from homes that
are burglarized. Be sure you have recorded
your serial numbers especially on guns.
(8) Arrange for your neighbors to watch
your home while you are away. Be sure to
advise them not to discuss your vacation to
strangers. Have a neighbor park their car in
your yard at different times. Have a trusted
friend or neighbor to enter your home during
your absence to make sure everything is secure
