Warren holds a B.S. degree in textile technology from North Carolina State University and a Masters degree in business administration from the University of North Carolina. He is currently Vice Chairman of the Marketing Analysis Sub-committee of the American Textile Manufacturers Institute and a member of the Board of Governors for the American Association for Textile Technology, Inc. in New York.
