"I try not to use any bad filling," says Willie Rowland as
she talked about her contributions to her job and department.
"When you keep your job up. everyone that depends
on you can do a better job. I realize the weavers are
depending on me to keep my job up. I enjoy working for
the company and I'm pleased with any contributions I
can make."

Lillie Neely, a loom filling supplier, has been supplying
loom filling for almost nine years. "When you like a job as
much as I do, you're glad to contribute all you can to
make things go right. I like to make certain the ends are
wrapped around the battery properly, and all of the filling
placed properly. If I don't take an interest in my job, then
those who depend on me will have problems running their
job.

of the company are maintained.
Sybil Jackson, a technical services employee, is
