Christmas Savings
Program to Begin
in Geneva
Ted Davenport, General Manager of
Clinton Mills of Geneva, has announced
that plans are underway to begin a
Christmas Savings Club for Geneva employees
during the year 1980.
The starting date for the Geneva
Christmas Savings program has been
scheduled for voluntary deductions to
begin with the pay period ending January
20, 1980, which will reflect in payroll
checks dated January 25, 1980.
Vacation Pay Distributed
Eligible Clinton Mills employees have
received Christmas Vacation Pay totall
ing $247,778.40.
This is in addition to the $271,824.16
that eligible Clinton No. 1, No. 2, Lvdia,
and Bailey employees received as July 4th
Vacation Pay.
For the year, eligible Geneva employees
received $36,071.93 in July 4th
Vacation Pay.
Eligible employees with three to five
years' continuous service received one
I>ercent of applicable gross earnings as
Christmas Vacation Pay; five to 10 years
receive two percent; and over 10 years,
three percent.
To be eligible for Christmas Vacation
Pay, an employee must have three (3]
> years or more continuous service as of
December 1 of the current year.
