The Bailey Foundation has received
thirteen applications for 1974 M. S.
Bailey Scholarships. Scholarships are
awarded annually and are limited to
^ two four year grants, each worth up
to $5,000; college educational loans are
limited to $4,000 for four college years;
and student loans are limited to the
applicants financial need, but may not
exceed the limit of a college educational
loan.
