Dear Mr. Vance,
I would like to thank you and Clinton
Mills for giving me the opportu
nity to serve as a delegate to Boys'
State from Clinton. It was really a
great experience and I learned things
about our government that will really
help me in later life. I enjoyed the
fellowship with boys from all over
the state and made some lasting friendships.
I wish all boys my age could
have this experience.
Sincerely yours.
Larry Owens
