been increased from $4,000 to $5,000
each. The interest free college educational
loans have been increased, also,
from $3,400 to $4,400 each. The increases
represent the Foundation's
continuing interest in assisting eligible
ar>n'icants in meeting the financial requirements
of higher educational institutions.
Fallow and Blackwell are both
Clinton High graduates. Blackwell is
the son of Clinton Mills Store Manager
and Mrs. William Blackwell Fallow is
the daughter of Mrs. Vandy Fallow,
and the late Mr. Fallow.
BIBLE SCHOOL
The women of the Clinton First Baptist
Church are planning a Vacation
Bible School at the Fire Baptized Holiness
Church on RpanrocnrH T..~~
26 through June 30.
The school will be held for children
ages 6 through 12 years old.
Additional information on registration
will be announced later.

daughter, Martha Elizabeth, to Mr. Gerald
Lee Chandler, son of Mrs. Homer
Nelson Chandler of Atlanta, Ga., and
the late Mr. Chandler.
The bride-elect is a junior at Presbyterian
College and was presented as a
Debutante by the 1970 Clinton Cotillion
Club. The groom-elect, who resides at
Thornwell Orphanage, will graduate
from Presbyterian College in June.
The wedding is planned for August
12 at the First Presbyterian Church in
Clinton.
Miss Hiers' father, Marion, is employed
in the Lydia shop. She was a
1969 M. S. Bailey Memorial Scholarship
recipient, and has been working toward
