The Value of Teamwork
We talk about Teamwork. We mear
it. It's not a slogan. Its something real
Here's what it is.
It's an Asst. Overseer finding the
answers to employees' questions.
It's the experienced employee sharing
that experience with the new mar
in the department.
It's the new employee realizing that
the people around him are handicapped
if he isn't there.
It's being on the job, on time.
It's caring about the job you do and
the people you work with.
It's asking questions when you don't
understand.
It's letting your Asst. Overseer know
when something is going wrong or
when you see something unsafe.
It's sharing ideas.
It's offering opinions when they will
help.
It's accepting opinions and criticism
without letting your feelings "get hurt."
It's respecting the other person regardless
of his job or race.
