Have You Had Any Changes
In Your Dependents?
Employees with children are reminded
that the Clinton Mills Group
Insurance Policy offers protection for
children who are dependents until they
reach the age of 19 years.
a After that age, children can be carried
as deoendents if thev are full
time students, are single, and not
working.
Employees should notify Truman
Owens. Personnel Department, when
their children reach the age of 19;
or any other changes in their family
status that would affect their insurance
coverage. This enables the Personnel
Department to change the employee's
group insurance coverage.
0 If an only child has reached the age
of 19, and is removed as a denendent.

share of insurance costs.
Employees with any questions about
their insurance coverage are urged to
stop at the Personnel Office, and discuss
the matter with Mr. Owens.
