EMPLOYEES SELE< Christmas came during mid-Septem% ber aeain this vear for more than 1700 Clinton Mills employees. For the eighth consecutive year, Clinton employees picked their Christmas gifts from the Company from a selection of attractive and useful items. This years list of gifts included 83 items, up from the G7 offered last year. The newspapers, magazines, television and radio continue to inform about the problem and information is readily available to everyone. How much have YOU learned about drug abuse? Two Complete First Aid Courses Hank Cronic and Mack Parsons completed requirements September 15 to become FIRST AID instructors using the American National Red Cross Multimedia system. The two represented Clinton Mills in two 71/2 hour sessions at the ETV Center in Columbia. Here they learned the proper first aid techniques and how to teach these principles using a series of film strips, practical exercises, workbooks, and discussion sessions. Old 1 inters Select (wilts Christmas Shopping was completed early for 65 retired inactive Clinton Mills "Old Timers" as they again participated in the Clinton Mills Christmas Gift Selection Program. Gift selection cards, along with a letter from Clinton Mills President Robert M. Vance, were mailed to eligible participants on September 15. Each was asked to examine his per sonal gift selection booklet carefully, make his selection, and return the enclosed card indicating his choice to Truman Owens in the Personnel Department. The gifts will be distributed in early December.
