6 / Was Talking Wii I was talking with one of my fellow employees the other day about some of the fringe benefits we have here at Clinton Mills. He simply didn't know about all those "hidden" benefits which we receive in addition to our regular paycheck. I reminded him about that vacation with pay he's been talking so much about recently. Then I told him about his Group Insurance. Profit Sharing and Retirement, and some of the others. When I finished, he asked, "Who pays for all these "extras?" Well, I told him Clinton Mills pays for most of them." I knew he was wondering how his employer was able to pay wages and sponsor "extra benefits.' I just told him this was done by making a profit. By making a profit, the company is able to continue providing jobs, paying the other costs of doing business, and investing in other areas so it can grow toward new opportunities.
