Crocker, representing the Bailey Foundation Advisory Committee, presented the two with four year M. S. Bailey Memorial College Scholarships at the Clinton High School Awards Day. The scholarship grants are valued at $4,000 each. Fallaw is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Vandy Fallaw. She plans to enter either Presbyterian Col^ lege or Clemson University this * fall. At Clinton High, she was a member of the National Honor Society and on the Sentinel staff Her brother, Paul, who is now doing graduate work at Clemson, received the M. S. Bailey Scholarship in 1967. Hill Najned Weaving Overseer William R. "Bill" Hill has been named Weaving Overseer, Clinton Mills Plant No. 2, according to Plant Manager, George M. Huguley. Hill, a McKeesport, Pennsylvania native, received a B. S. Degree in Business Administration from Presbyterian College in 1963. While at P. C.. he achieved an outstanding athletic record?receiving letters in football, track and basketball. He was a fullback on the 1959 P. C. He also played pro football in the Canadian football league. Following graduation from P. C., he coached the state champion track team at Moultrie High School at Mt. Pleasant, S. JUNE. 1971 Vacation Pay To Be Distributed July 2 Vacation Pay checks totalling $125,804.04 will be distributed to more than 1236 eligible Clinton Mills employees on July 2 with their regular payroll checks. All Clinton Mills plants will stop operations Friday, July 2, and resume operations, midnight, Sunday, July 11. & V Hill, a former physical training in structor in the U. S. Marine Corps, joined Clinton Mills in 1964 as a Manufacturing Management Trainee. Since completion of the company's training program, he has held numerous supervisory positions in the Lydia Plant. Hill is active in the Clinton Kiwanis Club, the YMCA, and a former Junior Achievement Advisor. He, his wife, the former Helen Holland of Clinton, and two children. William R., Jr., and Lisa, attend the First Presbyterian Church.
