Vance, fifth president of the company which his grand(31 HONORED Members of the General Assembly in Columbia wished Clinton Mills a "Happy Seventy-fifth" birthday earlier this month in a concurrent resolution introduced by District 5 Legislators. It was stated in the resolution that Clinton Mills "founded by M. S. Bailey and later led by W. J. (Will) Bailey, C. M. (Cad) Bailey, and P. S. (Si) Bailey, and presently Robert M. Vance, has had terrific impact and influence on Laurent County and the Piedmont of South Carolina as a leader in the textile industry.
