Emphasis c
There is no doubt that
we are living in a changing
society. Each individual as
well as each company
wants 10 meet tne challenges
of tomorrow.
Clinton Mills wants to
continue its leading role in
the textile industry. That's
why so much emphasis is
being placed on OPERATOR
TRAINING.
In order to maintain its
position of leadership, a
company must do everything
better than its competitors.
Hank Cronic, Clinton
Mills Training Director, believes
that proper super
vision of a trainee plays an
important role in making
him an integral part of the
manufacturing team.
Trainees are essential in
the continuing development
of new manufacturing
skills. Each must meet
certain target times before
assuming the duties as an
operator.
IMew employees are
taught under the Analytical
Methods Training System.
(AMT).
As each trainee progresses,

DEER HUNTS SET
Dates have been announced
for controlled deer
hunts on the grounds of the
Atomic Energy Commission's
Savannah River
Plant near Aiken.
Many Clinton Mills hunters
will take advantage of
the hunts which are being
scheduled October 6
through December 22.
Ten dog hunts on Satur
days and 16 others on weekdays
are being scheduled.
The purpose of the hunts
is to reduce the deer population
and reduce deer-car
accidents. The grounds are
estimated to have a deer
population of 7.000.
Clinton employees desiring
to participate in the
hunts should contact the
South Carolina Wildlife
Resources Department at
