Betty Lou Lewis and family enjoyed both the mountains and the beach over the holidays. Billy Reese, son of Mr. Jesse Reese, enjoyed a trip to Homestead, Florida to visit Im proper Use Of Spray Cans Can Be Dangerous Pressurized cans are handy little gadgets. We use them to spray paint, color our hair, sweeten the air and to do a multiple of other jobs. Here at Enka hundreds of such cans are in use daily. They are handy, but thev can become extremely dangerous if handled improperly. The number of accidents resulting from the improper use of pressurized cans are increasing. A housewife in New York w a s killed instantly when she placed a can of hair spray on a hot radiator. A workman in Connecticut was severly burned w hen he threw a supposedly empty can of aerosol spray into an in cinerator. The list goes on. The National Fire Protection Association suggests the following precautions to be taken when using pressurized cans: 1. Read labels on cans carefully. 2. If contents are toxic, don't spray indoors without proper ventilation. 2. Keep cans at room temperature. 4.
