Everybody on the 2nd Shift
has spring fever I guess, anyway
nobody has any news for
us this month. We do have a
few birthdays and anniversaries.
Harold Landers was 19 May
22. He said his first anniversary
is May 25.
Mr. and Mrs. Ralph Alexander
will have an anniversary
May 31.
Mr. and Mrs. Hevward McCall
celebrated their 19th anniversary
May 22.

1ST SHIFT

Bill Adams received his discharge
from the Air Force
April 17 after four years of
service. He is the son of Mr.
and Mrs. Robert Adams. Welcome
home. Bill.
Mr. and Mrs. Fern Hardman
spent a week in April with
their son, Paul, and his family
in Muskogee. Oklahoma.
Charles Huev attended the
May Day exercises at Anderson
College May 2.

a recent week end with Mrs.
Gregory's parents, Mr and

Mrs. Cecil Davenport of the
Philippines was called to the

daughter. Kathervn Gail, to
Mr. Clyde Croy, Jr., son of Mr.

states she spent a few days
with her husband's parents,
Mr. and Mrs. Joe Davenport.
Dianne Davenport spent a
weeks vacation at home while
her sister-in-law was here.
Billy Roberts, son of Mr.
and Mrs. Robbie Roberts,
spent a week recently with
his grandparents. Mr. and Mrs.
Ellison Roberts. Mr. Roberts
said they should have named
him Thundorbird. for there
was never a dull moment with
him around and they really
enjoyed him.
A great big welcome to Inez
Black well who comes to us
irom the second shift and we
hope Babe Gregory is liking
his third shift job and we also
wish Nellie Price success in
her job at Whitten Village.
Mr. Paul Robinson, father
of Horace Robinson, has been
a surgical patient at Self Memorial
Hospital in Greenwood.
We wish for him an early and
complete recovery.
We all miss Frank Jacks
who at the time of this writing
has been a medical patient
at Bailey Memorial Hospital
for three weeks. We're all
pulling for you to hurry and
get well Frank.
Ashmore Dunawav said he
was grandpa again.
