nothing about the Job I ask

Mildred Wilson and family
visited her mother, Mrs.
Robert Brock, in Union recently.
The William Metts family
visited in Newberry.
Janice Metts goes to Greenwood
hospital this coming
week for a heart check up.

A dear friend, Marion McJunkin,
remains in poor condition
after undergoing surgery
several weeks ago.
Mr. and Mrs. Charlie Gaffnev
moved into their new
home on the Chappels highway
recently.
Mack Gaffnev spent a
weeks vacation at home from
Clemson College.
We welcome Bobby Simmons
back to our department
after being in Number 3 for
some time.

Mr. and Mrs. J. D. Gibbs and
daughter visited Mr. and Mrs.
Bill Hardy in Clemson recently.
Mr. and Mrs. O'Neal Roberts
and lamiiy of Pickens spent
the day recently with his
parents, Mr. and Mrs. Ellison
Roberts.
Quite a number of our folks
have been hospital patients
since the last issue ol Clothmaker.
Terry Campbell is convalescing
at home after an extended
stay at Bailey Memorial
Hospital. We surely hope
he is well on his way to a
complete recovery.
Mrs. Raymond Tucker, Mrs.
Neuffer Creswell, Mrs. Newell
Brewington, Mrs. Lewis
Butler, Jr., Mrs. David Owens,
mother of Sam Owens, and
Melvin Huey have all been
patients at Bailey Memorial
Hospital. At the time of this
writing Mrs. Owens and Mrs.
Brewington are still in Bailey
Memorial and Melvin Huey
is now a surgical patient at
Self Memorial in Greenwood.
We wish for each of them a
speedy recovery.
1 know we haven't gotten
all the news this month for
Emily was out sick at the time
we were supposed to get it
and your other reporter only
got half of it. Maybe next
time we'll see them all. Sure
hope Emily will soon be well
and back at work.

Union Department of Calvary
Baptist Church and their
counselors enjoyed a party
February 9 at 5:00 o'clock in
the church social hall. After
an hour of games, skits and
