The Continuous Service pin
program, introduced in the
fall of 1956, annually gives
recognition to employees who
have reached significant new
service milestones with the
Companies.
Later this year, as in the
past, special banquets will
provide the setting for recognition
of employees with 1015-20
vears' service. The at
mosphere of the special occassions
traditionally is one of
tribute to the men and women
who have contributed to the
Companies' success through
the years.
President Vance wrote a
personal letter of congratulations
and appreciation to each
of the 46 employees shortly
after the on-the-job presentations.
