Cooper spoke to all Clinton
Supervisory personnel on Civil
Defense at their November
safety meeting.
Cooper and John Vassey
were selected by the Company
to attend the Civil Defense
Staff College in Battle
Creek. Michigan last year.
Both men are well informed
on "fall out" protection and
procedures in event of a nuclear
attack. Continued studies
for location and identification
of maximum protection
areas in the mills have
been directed by J. B.
