M J. Sanders was officiating clergyman. The bride was given in marriage by her brother. Mr. Grady Worthy, and was attended by her sister. Miss Tiny Worthy. Boots Fuller, brother of the groom, served as best man. The bride is the daughter of Mrs. Margaret Worthy of 5 that Mrs. Leroy Davis is improving after being sick for several weeks. Mrs. Verner Dees is a proud grandmother. A son being born to Mr. and Mrs. Billy Willard on September 27. Mrs. Willard is the former Miss Kathleen Dees. Mrs. Alice Snider and family went shopping in Greenville on Saturdav Octo ber 7. We are very glad to know that Mrs. Bobbie South is improving after an operation at Blalock Clinic. We want to wish for her a very speedy recovery. Mrs. Tracy Dees, Jr. of East Tawas, Michigan is visiting her mother, Mrs. Bonnie Littlejohn, while Sgt. Dees is attending school in Texas. While visiting in Clinton she will also spend some time with Mrs. Verner Dees. We are happy to report that Mrs. John F. Deaton, Sr. is feeling much better af ter being ill recently. Billy Wayne, Joyce Wyatt, Glennie and May Tinsley attended the County Fair at Newberry on Wednesday, October 11. Gary Vincent celebrated his 13th birthday on last Thursday. A birthday party in his honor was held at the home of his grandparents. Mr. and Mrs. S. F. Blackwell. Mr. and Mrs. S. F. Mississippi. She is tne niece of Mr. and Mrs. Cleveland Campbell.
