Mrs. Sarah Oswald has been ill at her home on Oak Street. Glad to see you out again Sarah. Mr. George Howell, father of Mrs. Claudinc Whitt, will return to Greenville General Hospital November .'11 for another eye operation. Hope he will soon be well again. Glad to hear that Alvin Oswald is able to be up again after several weeks of illness. Little Jimmy Bass, son of Mr. Lewis Bass, is beginning his first year in school. Jimmy is real proud of his little school mates. Dianne Bass is in the 4th grade. Mrs. Claudine Whitt is able to be back at work after a few days stay at Hays Hospital. Hope he will soon be better. John F. Broom is a patient at the Veterans Hospital in Columbia. We wish him a speedy recovery. We extend our sincere sympathy to John Broom and Mrs Annie Bell Johnson in the recent death of their brother, Clyde Broom.
