Mr. and Mrs. Clarence Oakley of Clinton, Mr. Frank Oakley and daughters, Jane and Susan of Spartanburg, attended the Oakley Reunion held at Anderson Sunday, August 7. Mrs. Mary Bouknight was supper guest of Mr. and Mrs. S. L. Strange of Woodruff recently. Mrs. Mary Bouknight and daughter, Judv, attended the Bouknight reunion Sunday, August 14, held at Lydia Mill park. Mr. and Mrs. Maxie Blakelv of Spartanburg visited Mr. and Mrs. R. G. Watson and Mrs. Ursula Blakely recently. We are sorry to report Mrs. J. E. Braswell, Jr., has been a patient at Self Memorial Hospital in Greenwood recently. She is still absent from work on a leave of absence. Mr. and Mrs. Amos Holcombe of Midland, Mich., visited Mrs. Holcombe's parents, Mr. and Mrs. Thomas Campbell, of Laurens. Mrs. Blanch Campbell of Laurens, Mrs. Lloyd Oliver and son.
