The B. P. Larks spent a feudays
in the mountains of
Oconee County.
On July 10 the men from
our weaving department enjoyed
a fish supper at Greenwood
State Park. From all
reports the cooks. Bobby
Johnson, B. P. Lark and
Grady Edge, really cooked up
a delicious feast.
Martha Ann, Nancy and
Patty Hughes attended the
Music Festival at Ridgecrest

Mr. and Mrs. Charlie
Birchmore and family visited
a sister-in-law in Alabama.
Little Elaine Blackwell of
Orangeburg, granddaughter of
the Charlie Birchmores, has
been visiting them.
Mrs. Tom Wyatt savs she
has two new daughters-inlaw.

Mr. and Mrs. Russell Iusti
vacationed at Carolina Beach.

Mr. and Mrs. L. W. Abercrombie
spent a few days at
Myrtle Beach.
The Hiram Hugheys went
up to Cherokee during vacation
week.
Mr. and Mrs. Perry Sumeral
and sons spent a few days
in Charlotte with Mr. and Mrs.
Charles Mclnvaille. Then later
along with Mr. and Mrs. Ed
Sumeral went d o w n to
Charleston for a visit.
Mr. and Mrs. Joe Sprouse
spent a week end with a son
in Aiken.
Mr. and Mrs. William Bowling
and children, Ladon McCravv,
James Bowling and
Lavon Templeton visited
Bobby Joe Bowling, who is a
patient in Bethesda Naval
Hospital in Maryland.

Mr. and Mrs. Joe Corlv and
lamily spent their vacation at
Myrtie Beach. S. C. Sandra
Mills was with them also.
Claude Birchmore spent his
vacation in Arab, Alabama.
Claude was visiting his mother's
sister.
Robert Pavton went on a
fishing trip during the fourth.
He didn't even get a nibble.
Mr. and Mrs. L. E. Culbertson
celebrated their 39th wedding
anniversary July 12.
Mr. and Mrs. L. E. Culbertson
went to see Wilford Harris
twice during the 4th. Wilfred
is in the hospital in Durham.
North Carolina. Wilfred is expected
to be able to come
home around the 20th of July.
We all hope so anyway.
Mr. and Mrs. Billv Pace and
Donna soent their vacation in
Cherokee, Tenn.
Joe Littlefield spent all of
his vacation at Camp Stewart,
Georgia. (Ha! Ha!)

They also enjoyed a
trip to the mountains.

Beach. While there they attended
the "Firecracker 250"
race.
Mr. and Mrs. Stokes Martin
toured the Blue Ridge
Mountains, while there thev
visited Mrs. J. T. Wade.
