"Ole Timers"?April 12 89 Clinton-Lydia employees will receive 10-15-20 year service award pins at a banquet to be held in their honor in Thornwell Dining Hall at 7:00 o'clock on April 5. Each honored guest will be accompanied by the guest of his or her choice. President Robert M. Vance will make the presentations of the service award pins. Entertainment will be provided by a local group under the direction of Mrs. Eva B. Land. "Ole Timers" One Week Later Clinton-Lydia active "ole timers," ten incoming members. and retired ole-timers will be honored at a banquet in tne Thornwell Orphanage Dining Hall on Tuesday evening, April 12th, at 7:00 o'clock. Each honored guest will be accompanied by the guest of his or her choice for the fifth annual event. Degree r: ' ! VA :1 V AW i Robert M. Reynolds was awarded the degree of Doctor of Medicine last Monday at commencement exercises of the University of Tennessee Medical School. He will interne for one year at Methodist Hospital, Memphis, beginning April 1. He is a BS graduate of Presbyterian College. class of 19n6. Hubert is the son of Mr. and Mrs. J. R. Superintendent D. H. Roberts expressed his appreciation and congratulations to all employees last week. Each and every employee had a Dart in attaining this safe goal and each one is to be :ongratulated." "Nothing jives me more pleasure than lo be able to offer congratulations for a safety record such as this," he added later. Plans for a Bar-B-Q honoring employees for the safety achievement are incomplete but will be announced at an ?arly date.
