This is the time of year with ice underfoot that Spring Clothes are shown in the shops, so let's all buy more Cottons and help our Textile Plants on full schedule. Everyone reports a very Merry Christmas, but most of us stayed home. Mr. and Mrs. Jones Wallenzine spent the holidays in Augusta, Georgia with the letters sisters and their families. Mr. and Mrs. Ed Wilkerscn and Mr. and Mrs. Earl Folds. Thev also visited Mr. and Mrs. Roy Wertz in Spartanburg recently. Joan Burgess has returned to her studies at North Greenville Junior College after spending the holiday season with her parents Mr. and Mrs. Elbert Self. Mr. and Mrs. C. F. Oakley spent the holidays in Indianapolis. Indiana with their son, Mr. and Mrs. Frank Oakley and children. Frank spent the past week end with his parents He has been transferred to Spartanburg. S. C. and will move his family there in the near future. Mr. and Mrs. Louis Webb and son. Al. Miss Shirley Dunaway and Miss Sandra Dunaway spent several days in Florida, going especially lor the Tangerine Bowl game at Orlando. Florida.
