Crocker Calvin Cooper Ellis Huffstetler THE CLOTHMAKER POINT SYSTI CHANGE, E Effective January 1 any South Carolina motorist convicted of a hazardous moving traffic law violation carrying four or more points under the Driver Improvement Point System must prove financial responsibility for the future or lose his driver's license. The State Highway Department reminds motorists that the Point System provision is <>n<? itf sni'r>r:il ?>v t changes in the Safety Responsibility law made at the last session of the General Assembly. During an average month over 4.000 drivers in South Carolina are convicted of traffic law violations carrying four or more points. Larger ones present more hazards. Don't set it up until a few days before Christmas. Keep it outdoors as long as possible. Choose the right location for the tree. Stand your tree in water and sprinkle the branches with water from time to time until you brine it indoors to be decorated. Replace water when it has evaporated.
