Mr. and Mrs. Donald Rowe celebrated their second Wedding Anniversary December 6 in San Diego. California, where he is stationed aboard the aircraft carrier USS Ticonderoga. Mrs. Rowe is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. William O. Harris. Clinton Mills. Pictured above is Mrs. James Messer, Elizabeth Messer, Mr. James Messer and Martha Messer. Elizabeth and Martha are twin daughters of Mr. and Mrs. Messer. They live in the mountains between Debrio and Newport, Tenn. Mr. and Mrs. Messer will celebrate their hundredth birthdays soon. Their grandsons, James H. Price and George Puce, are employed at Clinton Mills.
