Mrs. Sadie Quinton has returned
home after a visit
with her son. Quinton. in
Arkansas.

Danny. A good many children
were present and remembered

1st Shift

First off. left me say I'm
glad to bo back from National
Guard encampment. Some
say that it was a two week
vacation, but let's say it was
just a change of scenery. The
first week was alright but the
second week had to be spent
with the snakes as the last
week was in the field.
Well, news is short this
month or at least the traveling
but ran out of gas.
Beth and Gail Griffin, of
Florence. visited relatives.
Mr. and Mrs. Oscar Kinard
recently.
Jimmy Kinard spent a
week at Camp Old Indian

second year that Troop 178
was honor troop.
Joy Bridwell visited Mr.
and Mrs. Cecil Wooten and
Mr. and Mrs. R. C. Oxner
recently.
Mr. and Mrs. Joe Gibbs,
Mr. and Mrs. Robert O'Sullivan
were sightseeing in Blue
Ridge mountains recently.
Sam Lawson and Jerry
Wilkie said that the only
news they had was that they
were regular guests of the
Clinton C a v a 1 i e r baseball
club.
Mrs. Alice Kuykendall and
Mr. and Mrs. Clarence Kuykendall
visited Mrs. Kuykendall's
daughter-in-law, Myrtle.

been hospitalized lately.
