Wallace delivers The Anderson Independent and recently won the choice of a trip to Washington or a cash award; he chose the cash award. He recently attended the Carrier Boys Jamboree in Anderson with his Supervisor. Mr. Calie Rankin, and was the recipient of several prizes. Married February 28 Mrs. Sallio Johnson announces the marriage of her daughter, Betty Ann, to Erskine Ralph Miliam, son of Mrs. Addie B. Miliam. The vows were solemnized before Probate Judge Hewlett Wasson on February 28th. The bride was dressed in rose with white accessories and white corsage. They are residing at present with the groom's mother. Mr. and Mrs. Ben Williams announce the birth of a daughter, K u t h Ernestine, Feb, 22 at Blalock's C.inic. Mrs. Williams is the former Katherine Brown of Spartanburg.
