Priscilla Gail Turner of
Williamston is visiting her
uncle and aunt, Mr. and Mrs.
Grady Turner.
Mr. and Mrs. Lee Vaughan
of Greenville spent a recent
weekend with Mr. and Mrs.
Grady Turner.
Mr. and Mrs. Rudolph Barker
and children spent Sun
day recently with Mr. and
Mrs. Joe Ward in Greenwood.
Mr. and Mrs. Ward returned
the visit the following Sunday
and both families visited

Ken Allman spent two
weeks in Anderson with his
father's sister. Mrs. Meredith
Fortncr. Mrs. Fortner returned
home with him and
spent a few days with Mr.
and Mrs. Bootsie Allman.
Steve Allman spent the
week with his grandparents.
Mr. and Mrs. Zeke Campbell,
in Laurens.

Mr. and Mrs. Robert Adams
had a very pleasant surprise
recently when Robert's first
cousin, Mr. Hilton Jones of
Norwalk, Conn., whom he
hadn't seen since childhood
visited them.

Cecil Wooten, spent a
very enjoyable weekend in
Charleston recently when we
visited my brother and sisterin-law,
Mr. and Mrs. Daniel
James, and attended the Legion
of the Moose convention.
Mrs. Dora Leopard, with all
her children and grandchildren.
spent Sunday, July 27,
at Greenwood State Park.
Each family brought along a
well filled basket of food and
enjoyea a picnic lunch. Mrs.
Leopard said she was a
"guest", so she just helped
eat what the others brought.
Mrs. Aline Lanford and
Mr. and Mrs. Mil ford Scott
of Fountain Inn visited their
niece. Mrs. Betty Lynch, in
Sumter recently.
Mr. and Mrs. Grady Turner
and children were supper
guests of Mr. Turner's mother
in Pelzer on a recent Sunday
evening. Also present
were Mr. Turner's brother
and sister-in-law, Mr. and
Mrs. Edward Turner of Danville.

Mr. and Mrs. Leo Riser visited
her brother. Mrs. W. C.
Gambrell, who is a patient at
Anderson Memorial Hosnital.
Tommy Lanford spent a
week in Fountain Inn with
his uncle and aunt, Mr. and
Mrs. Mil ford Scott.
Glad to report that Mrs.
Lyda Bell Leopard has returned
to work after a three
months' absence which time
she underwent surgery at
Self Memorial Hospital in
Greenwood.
