WEAVING
1ST SHIFT

Well, here we are again,
folks. Time is flying and it
won't be too long before
Santa Claus will be here.
As of this writing we
haven't had a lost time accident,
so on your toes everybody
and keep your fingers
crossed.
We really are having some
beautiful "Indian Summer"
weather now and lots of our
"folks" took advantage of it
by attending the Southern
Textile Exposition in Greenville.
Among them our three
supervisors, Mr. Gallman,
Mr. Bratcher and Mr. Charlie
Gaffnev.
Mr. and Mrs. Ira Bailey,
Mr. and Mrs. John Gallman
and little daughter, Teresa,
recently visited at Chimney
Rock.
Susie Meeks, daughter of
Frances Meeks, spent the
past weekend in Joanna with
her aunt, Mrs. Colie Oswalt.

attended the graduation
exercises at Spartanburg
General Hospital recently.
Mrs. Dunaway's niece, Miss
Helen Dickson, was one of
the graduate nurses.

death of his mother, Mrs. Ida
Mae Kitchens, on September
20th at Startex, S. C.
The Ray Boozers visited

are spending a leave

is in training at the Greenville
General Hospital, spent

who is a patient at the Veteran's
Hospital in Columbia,
on Sunday. They also attended
the football game in
