Clinton Hobby
Club Reopens
The Clinton Mills Hohhv
Club has resumed fall classes
in crafts at 7:30 each Thursday
evening in the Community
Building.
The first meeting was a
business session to plan this
year's work. The club will
have rug making, creative art
in pictures, oil paintings, basketry,
figurines and any of
f the crafts studied last year.
Mrs. Clinton West, Mrs. J.
V. Lowe and Mrs. Oscar Kin
arci are in charge of the club
[ and will be glad to have new
members join the group.

Honored At Meeting
Mrs. lone Wallace, Lydia
Community Director, was
honored at the recent biennial
conference of the Southeast
Region of the National
Federation of Business and
Professional Womens Clubs
which was held at Savannah
August 27-30.
Mrs. Wallace served as
mistress of ceremonies at the
