Weaving No. 3. First Shift,
but after a lot of Drvim? a
few items of interest came up.
Very amusing was the report
that Jimmy Wooten stole
the show at the Tacky Party
given by Mrs. George Price
November 25. He won first
prize and you can easily
understand why he did if you
take a look at his picture in
this issue.

Thelma Ruth Braswell will

Mrs. Heaton, who has been
out ill for several weeks, is
working again and we are
mighty glad to have her back.

No. 2 Weaving, First

I hope everyone had as nice
a Thanksgiving as we did.
We worked, of course, but
we really enjoyed a wonderful
dinner afterwards at
Lydia in the home of Mr. and
Mrs. Willie Cannon. It was a
celebration of Willie's birthday
as well as Thanksgiving,
and all the Cannons and

most enjoyable occasion.
Everyone in Weave Roorr
No. 2 is watching with much
interest the work of the construction
crews who are
working on the new mill
addition. We are wondering
how long it will be before it
is finished.
We are glad to report that
Miss Nellie Osborne is getting
along fine after an operation
at Havs hospital November
19. We hope she soon will
be back at work with us.
William Dunaway's wife,
Mrs. Pearl, underwent surgery
in Spartanburg November
19 and is reported doing
splendidly.
Our congratulations to the
Glidv Holmes on the birth of
a daughter. Joyce Elizabeth.
7 pounds. 2 ounces, November
17. Mrs. Holmes is the
former Margaret Medlin.
