Tour Clinton
Approximately 150 South
Carolina rural mail carriers,
during their state convention
in Clinton July 8. were taken
on a tour of Clinton Cotton
Mills to see what happened to
a bale of cotton as it is processed
into cloth.
The tour was conducted un
aer me supervision ot Superintendent
Huguley and second
hands of the mill. Many of the
carriers were from the lower
part of the state and had never
been in a mill. It was an interesting
experience for them.
