Tennessee Requisition.
Gov. Ansel yesterday issued
extraditon papers for J no. E.
Ramey, who has been aiTested
in Pickens and is wanted in
Polk county, Tennessee, on a
charge of larceny. It is charged
that Ramey stole a horse and
buggy.
The interest is not in what
was stolen or alleged to been
stolen but in the fact that (Joy.
Ansel has honored the requisition
of Gov. Patterson of Tenn.
showing that when Gov. Ansel
once refused extradition papers
to the govenor of Tennessee it
was for a very good reason,
