percent satisfaction rating.
All 71 students surveyed felt
their iCARE session was
helpful, were happy with
the level of service they
received, and thought the
technicians showed courtesy
and politeness.
With sessions starting as
early as 9:00 a.m. on some
days and ending as late as
6:30 p.m. on others, students
should be able to find a time
and day that would work
best for them.
