HOROSCOPES
ARIES It’s one thing after
another all day long. Watch out
for misunderstandings. Traffic
is apt to be snarled, too. And
don’t believe everything you
hear.
TAURUS The money won’t go
as far as you’d hoped if you
spend it on every whim.
Delayed gratification makes
the prize even sweeter when
you finally get it.
GEMINI Accept an invitation to
live out a fantasy, but don’t
launch into the endeavor yet.
You’re liable to find that the
results produced now are
much different than you
anticipated.
CANCER Just when you
thought you knew a lot, you
feel like a novice again. That’s
because you’re into more
difficult material now.
LEO An uncharacteristic
breakdown in
communications is likely.
Don’t overindulge a loved one;
it’s best to conform to strict
limits. Keep spending to a
minimum.
VIRGO Although you’re
confident and strong, the path
ahead is not clear. Proceed
with caution, and don’t believe
everything you hear.
LIBRA Worries about your
work could lead to new
improvements. They’re
pushing you to study, and that
will eventually ease your
anxieties.
SCORPIO You may feel slightly
inhibited by a lack of funds.
Actually, your problem is that
you have too many things to
buy. Pare down your list, and
teach family and friends about
waiting.
SAGITTARIUS Although you’re
confident, you may feel
drained of energy. Stand up to
your critics and the truth will
be revealed.
CAPRICORN Your own self
doubts can get in the way
sometimes, but alternately,
they can sometimes warn you
to slow down. The latter’s more
likely the case now.
AQUARIUS Friends encourage
you to have faith that your
dreams can come true. If you
were wondering, a phone call
to one of them would be a good
idea now.
PISCES You may feel squashed
by recent events, but don’t let
the blues get you down. Have
faith that everything will turn
out all right, and by gosh, it
wifi.

Sushi
CONTINUED FROM PAGE 6
whopping 560 calories — has
more than twice the amount of
calories contained in a serving of
Inari sushi.
Furthermore, “a lot of people
don’t know how to eat sushi,”
Lou said.
When eating sushi, the first
step is to mix the wasabi with the
soy sauce until you get your de
sired level of spiciness. You then
dip the top part of the sushi into
the sauce — the more sauce you
add, the spicier the sushi will
taste.
If the sushi is too spicy, don’t
make the mistake of chugging
down a Coke; this will ruin the
flavor, Lou said. Instead, he sug
gests eating a little bit of pickled
ginger to cool the taste.
The GMP currently offers four
main types of sushi, which are
prepared daily for students on
campus to choose from.
In the future, Lou also plans to
have four or five different kinds
of sauces, three of which are a
mild spicy sauce for spicy rolls,
an eel sauce to enhance the fla
vor of eel rolls and also a wasabi
sauce, which can be used as a sal
ad dressing.
Lou plans on making changes
in the menu based on how busy
he is and what people want to
eat.
